How to request deletion of your Bulko account and personal data

This page describes how users of the Bulko app can request deletion of their account and personal data.
Option A — Delete it yourself in the app or dashboard:
Your account is deleted immediately once confirmed.
Option B — Can't log in? Request deletion by email:
Email support@bulko.app from the address associated with your account, with the subject "Account Deletion Request", and include your registered email or username. We will verify your identity and delete your account and associated data within a reasonable time.
Payment and withdrawal transaction records are retained after your account is deleted, as required for financial recordkeeping and legal/tax obligations. This retained data is used only for accounting and compliance purposes.
