1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bulko ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Description of Services

Bulko provides the following services:

• AI-powered food recognition and nutrition tracking
• Workout planning and split management tools
• Connection platform between fitness coaches and clients
• Payment processing for coaching subscriptions
• Progress tracking and analytics for health and fitness goals

3. User Obligations

As a user of Bulko, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others
• Not engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair the Platform

4. Coach Obligations

Coaches using Bulko must:

• Process all payments exclusively through the Bulko platform
• Maintain appropriate certifications and qualifications
• Provide professional, timely, and quality service to clients
• Respond to client messages within 24 hours during business days
• Not solicit clients to make payments outside the platform
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding fitness coaching

5. Payment Terms & Fees

Platform Fee: Bulko charges a 10% platform fee on all subscription payments to maintain and improve our services.

Withdrawal Fee: A 1% processing fee is applied when coaches withdraw earnings from the platform.

Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Paymob. We do not store your payment card details.

No Refunds: All payments are final and non-refundable. This includes coaching subscriptions, coach membership fees (100 EGP/month or 1,000 EGP/year), and any other services. Please review your purchase carefully before completing payment.

Pricing in Egyptian Pounds: All prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on Bulko:

• Harassment, bullying, or abusive behavior towards other users
• Sharing harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Spamming or sending unsolicited commercial messages
• Attempting to manipulate or game the platform's algorithms
• Violating the privacy rights of other users
• Processing payments outside the official platform channels

7. Intellectual Property

Platform IP: All content, features, and functionality of Bulko, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Bulko and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content: You retain ownership of any workout plans, meal plans, or other content you create on the Platform. However, by posting content, you grant Bulko a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the Platform.

Coach Content: Workout programs and nutrition guides created by coaches remain their intellectual property. Clients may not redistribute or resell coach-created content.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You engage in fraudulent activity
• You accept payments outside the platform (coaches only)
• Your account has been inactive for more than 12 months

Upon termination for policy violations, pending earnings will be forfeited. You may appeal termination decisions by contacting support@bulko.app within 14 days.

9. Disclaimers & Limitations

Health Disclaimer: Bulko is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before starting any diet or exercise program.

AI Accuracy: While our AI-powered food recognition is highly accurate, it may not be perfect. Users should verify nutritional information when precision is critical.

Coach Responsibility: Bulko is a platform connecting coaches and clients. We do not employ coaches and are not responsible for the quality of coaching services provided.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bulko shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Bulko shall be resolved in the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
