Understanding our cancellation and payment policies

At Bulko, all payments for coaching subscriptions, coach membership fees, and other services are final and non-refundable. This policy applies to all transactions made on our platform.
⚠️ Important: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with services, change of mind, or unused subscription time. Please review your purchase carefully before completing payment.
No Refunds: All coaching subscription payments are final and non-refundable. Once you subscribe to a coach, you will not receive a refund regardless of usage or satisfaction.
What This Means:
Mid-Cycle Cancellation: If you cancel your coaching subscription during your subscription period, you will retain access until the end of your paid period. However, no refunds will be provided for the remaining unused time.
Platform Fee: The 10% platform fee is permanently non-refundable in all cases, including exceptional circumstances.
⚠️ Non-Refundable: Coach membership fees (100 EGP/month or 1,000 EGP/year) are completely non-refundable under all circumstances.
By subscribing as a coach, you gain immediate access to the platform's coaching tools, client management system, and payment processing. Due to the nature of these services being immediately accessible and utilized, we cannot offer refunds on coach membership fees under any circumstances.
Cancellation: You may cancel your coach membership at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your paid period. Your subscription will not automatically renew after cancellation. However, no refunds will be issued for unused time.
How to Cancel:
What Happens After Cancellation: Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have full access to all features during this time. After the period ends, your subscription will not renew, and you will lose access to premium features.
No Refunds for Cancellation: Cancelling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining time in your billing period. All payments are final.
Service Interruptions: If our platform experiences extended downtime (more than 48 consecutive hours) due to technical issues on our end, affected users may be eligible for a prorated account credit for future use. Refunds will not be issued even in this case.
Coach Conduct Issues: If a coach violates our Terms of Service or engages in unprofessional conduct, clients may be eligible for account credit or subscription transfer to another coach. Such cases will be investigated thoroughly, but refunds will not be issued.
Payment Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a system error or billing mistake, we will issue a full refund immediately upon verification. This is the only circumstance under which refunds may be provided.
Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same transaction, all duplicate charges will be refunded promptly.
